Three things you can check, not take on faith

    Every project here is on the MahaRERA register. We looked it up ourselves — the number is on every page, with the date we checked.

  2. The builder pays us

    Our fee comes from the builder, the same way they'd pay any channel partner. You pay nothing, and we put that in writing.

  3. We'll say when it's wrong

    If nothing we represent fits you, we say so — and tell you what to look for instead. We only earn when you actually move in.
