What this site is
alkove.in is information about property projects we represent as a broker, published so you can decide whether to talk to us. It isn't a booking platform or a marketplace, and nothing on it can be bought, paid for, or reserved online — every next step happens in a WhatsApp conversation with a named partner.
Prices, areas and dates
Prices, carpet areas, configurations and possession dates shown here are the figures the builder has given us and approved for publication. They're the builder's figures, not ours, and builders change them — treat every number on this site as current only as of the date printed beside it, and confirm it with us before you rely on it.
Nothing here is an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a guarantee of allotment, or legal or financial advice. A project appearing here means we represent it and it's on the MahaRERA register — it doesn't mean a unit is available, that a price is fixed, or that buying it is right for you. Those are worked out in conversation, and any actual sale is between you and the builder, on the builder's own agreement.
MahaRERA registration details
Where we show a MahaRERA registration number, it's read directly from the public MahaRERA register, and every page that carries one states the date we last checked it — the register can move after that date, so if it matters to your decision, ask us to check again.
How we're paid
We earn a commission from the builder when a sale we brought about completes. You never pay us for anything on this site. That arrangement, and what it means for how we work, is written out in full on the way we work.
Changes to this page
We update this page as the business or the site changes. The date at the top is the last time it did.
