Privacy
What we collect when you visit this site or message us, why, and how to have it deleted.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see which pages get read and which WhatsApp buttons get tapped. It sets cookies in your browser and records the page you're on and roughly where you are — country or city, not an exact location. When you tap a WhatsApp button, a whatsapp_tap event also records which button it was and where on the page it sat, and which ad or link brought you here, if any. GA4 keeps this data for 14 months and then deletes it automatically.
Meta Pixel
The site has a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel built in, for when we start running Meta ads. It isn't switched on yet, so today it sends nothing. Once it is, it will set its own cookies and share page views and WhatsApp taps with Meta the same way GA4 does above — we'll keep this page current when that changes.
How we remember an ad that brought you here
If you arrive from an ad or a link carrying tracking information — a Google or Meta click id, or a utm_source/utm_campaign pair — we keep a record of it in your browser's local storage for 90 days, and we store the click id on our own server against a short random code. If you then message us on WhatsApp, that short code is folded into the message text, so we can match your enquiry back to the ad you clicked.
To be plain about what that means: a click id is issued by Google or Meta and identifies your click, not you. It carries no name, number or email. But it is not anonymous either — it is a pseudonymous identifier, and if you later become a customer we may send it back to Google or Meta to tell them that advertisement led somewhere, which is how ad platforms learn what works. We keep it for as long as the ad platform will accept it, which is 90 days at most, and then it is of no further use to us.
If you would rather we did not: message or email us and ask, and we will delete the record. Blocking trackers in your browser also stops it, since nothing is stored unless you arrive with a click id in the link.
When you message us on WhatsApp
Every WhatsApp button on this site opens a chat with our number, +91 98198 85731, with a short pre-filled message. Once you send it, the conversation happens on WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms — we don't control WhatsApp's servers. On our side, whichever partner you're speaking with keeps the thread and whatever you tell us — your name, number, what you're looking for — for as long as we're in touch, and afterward as our record of who we've spoken to.
What we don't do
There's no account or login on this site, no payment is ever taken here, and we don't send an email newsletter. There's no cookie-consent banner either — right now the only cookies this site sets are the analytics ones described above, and we don't yet offer an in-site way to opt out of them. Your browser's own tracking-protection settings, or an extension that blocks trackers, will stop GA4 and the Pixel from running.
Asking us to delete or correct your data
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) gives you the right to know what personal data we hold about you and to ask us to correct or delete it. To do either, message the WhatsApp number above or email [email protected] and mention "privacy" so it doesn't get lost in an enquiry thread. We'll act on it as soon as we reasonably can, other than anything the law requires us to keep.
